Specific Tasks
Construction/Installation Management:
- Control the planning of office interior construction projects in terms of construction methods, labor safety measures, security, health and environmental hygiene, construction progress, and material supply progress.
- Survey labor costs, construction machinery, propose and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
- Implement and improve the project management system, construction projects in terms of progress, volume, technical, quality, information (documents, records), human resources, labor safety, environmental hygiene, risks, and complaints.
- Control the implementation of all projects undertaken by HUYNCHI.
- Propose the organizational structure of the construction department.
- Periodically report on all interior construction projects through monitoring, inspection, and evaluation.
- Handle arising issues and construction activities at the site beyond the capacity and authority of the Construction Managers within the authorized scope.
Acceptance and Completion Management:
- Control the planning, implementation, and control of the preparation of documents and records for acceptance activities with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors of the projects.
- Be responsible for the acceptance of volume and quality with subcontractors, internal suppliers, and customers for settlement with suppliers and customers.
- Support the Board of Directors in controlling construction costs and estimating volumes.
- Plan, implement, and control the acceptance and handover of projects on schedule.
Other Management Tasks:
- Participate with the Board of Directors and proactively set goals for the Construction Department.
Qualifications
Education/Certification Requirements
- Graduated from a regular university majoring in construction engineering from universities such as Architecture, Construction, Open University, Transport.
Experience/Knowledge Requirements
- Experience working in the construction and execution industry.
- Proficient in English: all four skills.
Skills/Abilities Requirements
- Understanding of construction, structure – proficient in AutoCAD software, good at reading drawings.
- Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, able to handle high pressure.
- Proactive and creative.
- Ability to work independently or in teams.
