Having developed a deep understanding of De Heus’s operational needs and workplace culture through the previous project, Huynchi was able to approach Phase 2 from a stronger strategic position.

This familiarity allowed the design team to move beyond foundational workplace planning and explore more progressive design solutions.

The new environment introduces a greater diversity of work settings, encouraging interaction, flexibility, and employee choice throughout the workday.

Hospitality-inspired spaces, collaborative zones, and informal meeting areas create a workplace that feels more connected, welcoming, and people-focused.

De Heus Vietnam now benefits from an expanded workplace that not only accommodates growth but also supports a more engaging and future-ready employee experience.

More importantly, the project demonstrates the value of long-term partnerships.
