Leading design efforts through all phases of Workplace interior projects including guiding, advising, and mentoring other designers on projects, developing design directions and leading design critiques/forums.
Developing programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production.
Acting as primary design interface with clients at meetings, presentation and communication.
Selecting interior finishes, furniture and equipment.
Producing space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation.
Providing solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives.
Reviewing drawings, mock ups, materials, and finish samples submitted by project contractors.
Delivering the highest quality of professional service.
Leading, developing and mentoring the architectural design team.
Establishing and driving design process with our design teams to achieve excellent results for our clients.
Job Requirement
7+ years’ professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of innovative architecture projects
Advanced degree in Architecture or Design preferred with a rigorous design education
Must be a licensed Architect, certified Interior Designer, or equivalent
Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies with an understanding of trends in architectural and workplace design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills
