Open Healthcare Vietnam is one of the largest private diagnostic laboratory facilities in the country, designed to meet the growing demand for high-volume, high-accuracy medical testing.

The facility was conceived to bring international cleanroom and biosafety standards into Vietnam’s private healthcare sector — a move that required not only advanced technical solutions but also precise coordination between design, engineering, and regulatory bodies.

The project was delivered on a fast-track schedule, with complex coordination across architecture, MEP, and regulatory teams.
