An amazing relocation to match tremendous growth and transformation

After many years of expansion and renovation, Roche Vietnam was planning its office relocation to Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh District. The primary purpose of this decision is to level up the workplace of Roche Vietnam to the Roche Global standards and accommodate future expansion to 2020.

Roche Vietnam aspired to be accommodated in the workplace which promotes fostering collaboration, well-being for staff as well as to provide customers better services through a Centre of Excellence – a new state-of-the-art training and technical support facility.

SOLUTIONS

Embracing their core message of Global heritage + People, HUYNCHI presented a workplace strategy based on a series of individual/ group interviews throughout Roche Vietnam in February 2016. We gathered feedback on the workspace aspiration and requirements from all levels of staff. Together with these interviews, we had a two- week space utilization study which provided essential information for optimizing space usage as well as determining an appropriate mix of work settings.

We also tried to incorporate the Roche brand throughout the design to give a strong sense of Global identity. From workplace strategy, conceptual design to construction, we wanted to assure that Roche Vietnam always lead their position as one of the most powerful pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies in Vietnam

HUYNCHI completed the project in November 2016 with the right direction of projected budget and timeline, and met the standards set out for both design and construction. It was certified LEED Gold in April 2017.
