The mission was to deliver the design brief at the good-for-construction level, construct the office interior with a full scope covering fit-out, MEPF, security, furniture and procurement. With rigorous efforts and dynamic collaboration, the project was completed as it was budgeted and scheduled on time, allowing Standard Chartered Bank enough time to prepare for the opening ceremony.
