In company with DKO’s design proposition, the team introduced the brief that showcases Gelex as a leading national corporation through a timeless workspace of luxurious materials and refinement. Dynamic open-plan workspaces sit adjacent full-height glazing to the building perimeter, linked to a shared landscaped work pod that encourages collaboration in a technology-rich informal space. Seatings are planned so that each member has equal access to natural light and sweeping views from 24 storeys up. Reception, the cafe pantry, executive work pods and other facilities were considered to the highest standards to reinforce the value proposition of the brand, and encourage the people’s experience in the office.
