The holistic design and build of Kerry’s workplace is a manifestation of its mission: be inspiring to their employees while attractive to their customers. A two-year effort from site selection to construction returns a unified design solution meeting the demanding requirements about Fire Prevention, Fire alarm, drainage and ventilation system, and more. The new workplace is a pivotal departure from the commonly seen style of office with the laboratories that included their own cooking space and food/ beverage preparation corners and HVAC systems. All are separate from the system of the building.
