Huynchi led the workplace design and build process for the new offices of Philips in Vietnam that manifests Philips’ vision about a workplace for team achievement in the future. The client aimed at an effective, innovative and healthy workspace where every team and individual within can find the room modules they need that facilitate collaboration as well as dynamic individual workstyles. Therefore, the concept of four future-inspired working styles has been adopted in the brief to accommodate individual tasks, team tasks (agile), location-dependent tasks and confidential tasks. A people-centric working environment that truly reflects Philip’s values has paved the way for its exponential growth in Vietnam.
